Graal2 is the current name or version of the original Graal application, continously developed using Delphi since Graal's creation. For this reason, it is presently the most stable game client available, which is why it is still widely used. That partially makes up for its lack of fancy new features, along with its plain and simple interface.

Many of the useful, recently developed features have not been backported to Graal2, and probably will not be, most notably GScript. The widespread use of Graal2 is hinders adoption of improvements considerably. (compare Graal4, an attempt to profit from the stability of Graal2 mixed with the fanciness of Graal3?)
